It was very interesting, and pretty hard.
Requires some good coordination.
The third mouse-type is glitched, though, and allows you to only click the buttons with the real location of your pointer. (Wherever its hidden location is.)

It was a pretty good game, but it was not very clear at the beginning that I was supposed to press zero to begin.
I'm not sure what language that was or what, but I was pretty in-the-dark without instructions or anything.
With the new enemies that kept coming up, I had to guess exactly what they did or what I was supposed to do, because it didn't say anything about it.
Also, it didn't pause the game when those windows came up, and maybe there should be a pause button as well.

Otherwise, it was a pretty interesting game, it would've been nice to have music and sound effects.
You may want to consider making the levels more arcade-like with actual level numbers.
I also noticed that the high-score system is incomplete, maybe you should work on that.

Pretty good start, but needs improvement.

Trying to get people to watch your video with a misleading title and description isn't going to do you any good.
It's only going to make people dislike you. (Maybe that's what you wanted.)

Overall, this movie wasn't that great either, the flashing colors were ugly, and the animations were the same thing repeating over and over a bunch of times.
It was definitely not entertaining enough to keep me watching it. I would've kept watching it, but it seemed rather pointless...

Also, don't think that the only thing people watch are hentai movies, if you just looked at the front page, you'd know what you should be emulating. (Or, in fact, pretending to be one of those movies with a false title and description would probably get you more views.) Not that you should submit crap and give it a misleading title and description to get more views anyways.

It was really good and very well put together. The beginning reminded me a lot of Terminator, I don't know if that's what you were going for, but it was cool.
The animations that you mixed with the sprites were awesome, and you put it together well with almost-perfect zooming and camera angles.
The action was a great accent to it all, but it was far too short.
So, this would be my 5 R, but it was way too short.
Also, the word bubbles made me think that they weren't speaking aloud, but only thinking. At first, I thought they were talking telepathically when someone responded to what they were saying.
Also, there's a sprite glitch when Luigi jumps down from the window near the end.

I've played Trauma Center: Under the Knife, and this is just hilarious.
I never realized how hilarious it was that you do all of those insane things (that I'm sure all surgeons do</sarcasm>) in that game.
Pretty hilarious stuff, I loved it.
